Justin Schauer

Justin Schauer manages SGS & Co’s global legal operations and serves as corporate secretary to its most senior legal entities. He is also a member of SGS & Co’s Executive Leadership Team, which helps to drive company strategy and execution. 

Justin draws upon twenty years of experience advising public and private companies in matters of best practice and prudent risk management. Prior to joining SGS & Co in 2017, Justin was Assistant General Counsel at Neustar, Inc., where he focused on digital marketing, data analytics, internet infrastructure services, and corporate matters generally. Prior to that Justin served as Associate General Counsel to Circuit City Stores, Inc. Justin holds a LL.M. from Boston University and a BA from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
