From our team

Marco Kato - SGS&Co

“I believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace encourages creativity, collaboration and engagement. Everyone wins when all voices can be heard. It is exciting to be part of the DEI Allyship ERG and have the opportunity to explore, learn and deepen understanding and action to promote a more inclusive work culture.”

La'Keisha Mangrum - SGS&Co

“Being a member of the Shades and Women at Work ERGs is rewarding to me because I can recommend strategies that help find resolution for both women and minorities within the workplace. It is my goal to inspire others to join an ERG but to especially shed light on unconscious biases so that SGS & Co parents and guardians may also share resource experiences with their families.”
