As the world continues to navigate these unprecedented times, we at sgsco are grateful for the collaboration and support of our employees, clients and communities. In a very short amount of time, we have been able to implement our business continuity protocols around the globe. This has allowed us to maintain service to our clients, while doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
To guide our continued response, we have established three clear priorities:

In order to protect our employees, we have instituted Work from Home (WFH) protocols across our network. Secure remote technology solutions are in place, account teams are swiftly responding to client needs, and workflow and remote approval technologies are helping ensure little to no degradation in service. Furthermore, physical sites have implemented enhanced safety measures to create physical distance, stagger shifts and increase sanitization routines.
We are leveraging the strength of our full global footprint to ensure minimal disruptions to client business. Our systems allow us to manage work volumes globally, and with alignment from our clients we are able to move work across teams and sites as required. We are particularly appreciative of the positive feedback and support we have received thus far from clients in recognition of our employees’ tireless efforts to deliver quality work on schedule.
Finally, all hands are on deck to ensure that demand is met in critical frontline industries, including food, medical and ecommerce. We are in a unique position to help outsource business processes, support critical print and design projects, update digital shelf requirements or share business continuity solutions.
I am proud of the agility, inventiveness and humanity our employees have demonstrated in partnership with our clients. While the current situation is unprecedented, the challenges are not insurmountable. I am confident that we will make it through this situation and be stronger on the other side for having done it together.
